Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to respect my time and other clients, the following policies are strictly enforced: 48-Hour Notice Required Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Same-Day Cancellations Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment — including same-day cancellations — will incur a 75% charge of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be blocked from future bookings. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment and applicable fees.
